Article 2:

Ethical Regulations:

ER.SO.1:
It shall be illegal to engage, or conspire to commit acts of Sedition or acts of Treason against the Foundation, and its allies.

ER.SO.2:
It shall be illegal to attempt to interfere, or alter the votes of a Election hosted by the Foundation Electoral Committee.

ER.SO.3:
It shall be illegal to enter Unit-3, or any area restricted to a O5/Higher Clearance.

ER.SO.4:
It shall be illegal to discriminate in Departmental, or Foundation Official Affairs based on Sexual Identity, Gender, or Race.

ER.SO.5:
It shall be illegal to interfere with, or alter the Monthly Report, or Moderation Logs.

ER.SO.6:
It shall be illegal to interfere with a Judicial Procedure, Audit, Investigation, or Impeachment Process.

ER.SO.7:
It shall be illegal to ignore a Subpoena from the Ethics Committee, or Higher ups.

ER.SO.8:
It shall be illegal to attempt to obtain, or possess materials above your clearance, as defined in Article 3.

ER.SO.9:
It shall be illegal to use Admin Commands that are not Authorized for your Rank.

ER.SO.10:
It shall be Illegal to allow Dr.Bright to give you permission to anything without the presence of an O5 or higher.

ER.SO.11:
It shall be Illegal to Have alternative Accounts, using one will result in Termination

ER.SO.12:
Don’t Act like a fool in front of high ranks, have some decency and respect. Address your superior as Sir, Ma’aM or what they want to be addressed as long as it's not inappropriate. They can go by their pronoun or last name.

ER.SO.13:
When talking to the Administrator if you aren’t a council member or Ethics committee, Always end the sentence with Sir, Ma’aM or what pronouns they go by, Questions don’t require Addressment.

ER.MO.1:
It shall be illegal to harass personnel, after being told to cease the behavior.

ER.MO.2:
It shall be illegal to record Trainings, or Tryouts without permission from the higher ups.

ER.MO.3:
It shall be illegal to disrupt personnel, unless you are on the O7, HRM, or Administration council.

ER.MO.4:
It shall be illegal to make an unsupported attack on someone’s character.

ER.MO.5:
It shall be illegal to terminate individuals unethically, as determined in Article 4.

ER.MO.6:
It shall be illegal to disrespect a council member from the O7 council except Dr.Bright Insult him all you want, You may only talk back to them if they verbally Abuse you.

ER.LO.1:
It shall be illegal to attempt to interfere in the duties of a Combative.

ER.LO.2:
It shall be illegal to withdraw a Class D into your custody out of accordance with Article 3.

ER.LO.3:
It shall be illegal to enter areas above your clearance that are restricted to L-4 or above.

ER.LO.4:
It shall be illegal to spam in the Discord Server.

ER.LO.5:
It shall be illegal to leave doors open, without explicit permission to.

ER.LO.6:
It shall be illegal to randomly discharge rounds outside of the Armory, or the Training Wing.

ER.LO.7:
It shall be illegal to reset or kill the person who is detaining you while being detained.

ER.LO.8:
It shall be illegal to Dance in front of an O7 council member; This will result in termination.

Corrective Actions:

[All Severe Offenses should go to Trial, or Tribunal. Members of RAISA, and HRM are allowed to decide the punishment.]

Article 4:

Constitution:

We the O7 Council, in agreement with the Ethics Committee, do ordain and establish this Constitution, to act as a regulation for Impeachment, Removal, and Change of Command.

Impeachment:

Impeachment is defined when either a O5 or O7 Council Member, or a Member of the Higher ups attempts to remove Other higher ups from their seat. Impeachment does not constitute removal, and may only be invalidated by an investigation from the Ethics Committee, acquitting the Accused. Impeachment is counted as valid, if over 50% of both the Board of Ethics, and the higher ups believes the Specific Member committed the offense.

Removal:

Removal may be a result of Impeachment. For a sitting member in the higher ups to be removed, a 2/3rds Majority from both the Board of Ethics, and the Higher ups must be reached. Upon then, the request is given to the sitting O7-1, and Administrator. The Administrator may issue a Veto, which can be voided if the Higher ups reaches a 2/3rd Majority Again.

Should the Vote pass a Veto, or be unopposed, it will be given to The Administration, who will make the final decision.

Change of Command:

Change of Command, is defined when either a member of Foundation Directorate, the O5 & O7 Council, Administrator, or the Site Director is resigned, or removed, or died, and another person must assume command of the Department. The person assuming command, should be sworn in during. In cases of Emergency, or other Crisis, O5-1, the Administrator, or the O7 has the ability to void the requirement of a swore in.

Rules of Engagement

Termination is different:
Discord server- ban
Game- kill the player

For discord server must use DS-T
For game must use G-T

Hostiles may be terminated on site.

Class D may be terminated if they:

-Attempt to Escape.
-Present a Weapon, or other Contraband.
-Cross a Termination Line.
-Fail to follow ethical orders.
-Interfere with Combative, or Intelligence Duties.
-[MISSION CRITICAL] Staff order it.

Dr.Bright may be Terminated if he doesn’t anything stupid

Foundation Personnel may be terminated if they:

Violate a Quarantine, or Lockdown.
Are compromised by a Biological, or Memetic entity.
Interfere in Combative, or Intelligence duties.
Are found in an area above their clearance.
Compromise the safety of other personnel, or Foundation Assets.
[MISSION CRITICAL] Staff order it.
Break rules of the discord server

[While it is preferred to Detain said Personnel for Interrogation Purposes, it is recognized that sometimes this is impossible. If you are unable to restrain the subject for Security Forces, Lethal Force is authorized in the aforementioned cases.]


Article 5:

Retirement:
Retirement is only available to higher-ups, MTF personnel, Special forces, O5 & O7 Council and Administrator.

Retirement requirements are as of the following.

  • Must worked at the foundation more than a year or until your contract expires
  • Choose a successor or not, up to you.
  • You must be above 13 years of age

When you turn 17 you get a note from the foundation if you are ready to retire or keep working. Reasons due to a person finishing high school and whether they work or don’t work. So they won’t have enough time on the foundation.

Once you retire from the foundation you will still get paid for a year, but you aren’t allowed to enter the higher ups ever again.

Retirement under contract
This will only apply within the Council, All Council members have a 2-16 year contract in which how long they work for the foundation once the contract expires they may choose to retire or leave the Scp Foundation.
