Ethics Regulations on All Intelligence Divisons


the Intelligence agency is the most important department in the foundation but they must also be regulated to prevent them from abusing peoples natural rights.

The following general regulations apply to every employee and may form the basis for the standards contained in this part. Where a situation is not covered by the standards set forth in this part, employees shall apply the regulations set forth in this section in determining whether their conduct is proper.


Actions: Section 1

§1- Intelligence service is a trust, requiring employees to place loyalty to the foundation, the ethical principles above private gain.

§2- Employees shall not hold financial interests that conflict with the conscientious performance of duty.

§3- Employees shall not engage in financial transactions using non foundation information or allow the improper use of such information to further any private interest.

§4- An employee shall not accept any bribes from anyone while on duty. Especially from those Marshall, Carter & Dark shits

§5- Employees shall put forth honest effort in the performance of their duties.

§6- Employees shall not knowingly make unauthorized commitments or promises of any kind purporting to bind the foundation.

§7- Employees shall not use Security Clearance or Positions for private gain.

§8- Employees shall act impartially and not give preferential treatment to any private organization or individual.

§9- Employees shall protect and conserve Foundation property and shall not use it for other than authorized activities.

§10- Employees shall not engage in outside employment or activities, including seeking or negotiating for employment, that conflict with their official duties and responsibilities.

§11- Employees shall disclose waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption to the appropriate authorities. This can result in trial by the Ethics Committee

§12- Employees shall adhere to all regulations that provide equal opportunity for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap.

§13- Employees shall endeavor to avoid any actions creating the appearance that they are violating the ethical standards set forth in this part. Whether particular circumstances create an appearance that these standards have been violated shall be determined from the perspective of a reasonable person with knowledge of the relevant facts.


Interrogation: Section 2

§1- Employees Shall interrogate an individual without causing physical harm.

§2- Employee Shall use Physical Interrogation If an ethics Committee member considers it reasonable reason for a physical interrogation.

§3- Employee shall not Interrogate an Individual based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap.

§4- Employees Shall not at any point release an Individual under foundation custody, Especially while being interrogated.

§5- Employees are to action patient and calm when Interrogating an Individual

§6- Employees are allowed to use Mind games during an Interrogation

§7- Employees are advise to think before they speak as without thinking before you say something could result in the situation being jeopardized.

§8- Employees are to ask the question carefully.


Detaining Individuals: Section 3

All Intelligence divisions under The Foundation are to only detain a Individual if there is reasonable suspicion that the individual is engaged, or about to engage in unethical conducts.

By orders of the O7 Council, Non-Foundation personnel are to not be detained at any moment this include Individual that are not associated with any group of interest. As well as Individual that have nothing to do with the foundation.

Under the Foundation jurisdiction, Detaining Individuals Outside Foundation Facilities are considered unethical and need the permission by an Ethics Committee member in order to detain an Individual outside a foundation Facility.


Higher Up actions: Section 4

§1- Employees are to salute Higher ups upon their presence

§2- Employees are to respond to their Higher up as Sir or Ma'am

§3- Dancing In front of any Council member is considered disrespectful and can result in death

§4- Employees are to stay silent unless spoken too.

§5- Employees are to stand straight in the presence of an O7 council member

§6- If a Higher up Sticks their hand out to shake yours, you are to shake their hand (this is to show some manures, Always be respectful

§7- If a higher up insults you without a reason, You are to ask them why they were insulted and if they come up with an unjust (Because they felt like it, Because you didn't stand straight, Because you are Ugly or because of your race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap.) you are allowed to insult them back. With Addition report them to the nearest Ethics Committee member.

§8- If §7 is to happen to you or a co-work, Do not stay quite report them to an Ethics Committee member Immediately after the encounter. This is implemented to all Foundation staff.

§9- Any Sexual Harassments or Discrimination by a higher up is to be reported to an Ethics committee member.


Undercover actions: Section 5

Uniform: Section 6

Female Employees Under the Intelligence Agency are to wear Colored suit, long Colored skirt suit, or Dress Suit. All Employees are to have their ID card on them at all times, and A Intelligence Department pin on them.

Male Employees Under the Intelligence Agency are to wear Colored Suit. All Employees are to have their ID card on them at all times, and A Intelligence Department pin on them.

Non-binary Employees can Choose between the Two of the work uniforms. All Employees are to have their ID card on them at all times, and A Intelligence Department pin on them.

Under Cover Agents are allowed to wear what ever they want as they are operating secretly. All Employees undercover aren't to wear their ID card on them while being Undercover.


Supervisors are responsible for demonstrating integrity in their own conduct and adherence to the letter and spirit of the ethics rules; for ensuring that employees seek advice under the ethics rules when necessary or appropriate; and for taking appropriate action to report or refer employees when misconduct has occurred or appears to have occurred.


This Regulation implies to all Divisions under Intelligence Agency
